Omg my friend made Haitian black rice for her son’s birthday party and that same week I was in my international market purchasing all of the ingredients including $10 cubes for the color and flavor 😂 Absolutely phenomenal, I added shrimp also. Delicious

When he said black rice, I figured it's just like what he ate as it's just regular black rice that's been sweeten to make it more dessert like and there's also black rice cake and bread. What he ate is how I eat it but, with a sweet custard on top of it as it's a dessert dish. My mom eats hers with slices of ripe mango.

Customer service is a must, especially in the restaurant business. The person taking the order should have pulled to the side and talked about how that type of behavior can hurt the business. Your food is good, but your service is what's keeping you from making it known.

Surely that chicken is roasted with lavender honey (honey made from bees that have pollinated only lavender flowers), which is simply a honey with a mild lavender aroma and taste. I wouldn’t have expected an intense flavor.
