My family’s “pickle” recipe is to slice cucumbers really thin and put them in a mixture of vinegar, water, and a pinch of salt(I think that’s it I’m not sure lol)We call them fresh pickles because while they aren’t technically pickles, they’re like vinegar cucumbers and they’re really good! No measurements for the brine so you can make it as vinegary/not as much as you prefer. You can also put sliced onions and other things in it as well. Edit: we eat these right after we make them and then enjoy them for a few days after(refrigerate them of course)
