Trying California BBQ

Someone recently said you cant get good bbq in California and to that I say, YOU'RE WRONG!!!
Come to Turlock CA and try out Big Vic's BBQ. This spot is a 10/10 because I will be going back again and again. The staff at Big Vic's was great. The food was so damn good! The brisket was super juicy and packed with flavor.
The burger was possibly one of the best burgers i've ever had. The brisket trimmings make for one juicy, rich and delicious burger. You have to try this place if you're near the central valley of California.

Only three things I miss about leaving Texas. Great BBQ, Great Tex/Mex, Fresh seafood and more supplies to make homemade Cajun food. Haven’t made enough trips to CA to develop an opinion on BBQ but this looks way better then what little I Have seen.
