The fuyu addition in the labeling is to inform that the persimmon cultivar called "chocolate" is a non-astringent variety. For example, Izu and Chocolate are fuyu varaieties and Saijo is a hachiya (astringet) variety, etc.

Probably 'Maru', which is a 'chocolate - type' persimmon. The actual 'Chocolate' variety has an elongated acorn shape..

That looks like a Maru Persimmon which is darker inside and sometimes called chocolate persimmon. There is a variety of persimmon called Chocolate but it is oblong so what you have is not it. I am guessing it is a Maru persimmon.
