aayush:: you are mixing bias based on your previous taste and experience. You need to go the statistical way.1. repeatability 2. reproducibility 1. First buy the same menu on different days of the week. Say 5 times over a month at different time of day on different dates 2. Now ask 2-3 any members of your crew or family(age or gender) and have then eat it each piece by piece and let them grade it 1- poor 3. Ok 5. good 7 excellent. 3. on the same day when you are having your crew or friends eat it., go to college canteen( target audience) and have them rate it with same grading. Now compare the values and ratings given. Now check the rating with different people on different days ( 5 times in month at different time of day). Keep all the above score secret. Now on the same day when the above activity is going on, You also taste and put your score. Now compare your score with your crew ,friends and college teens. You can have it all recorded and then put the final score along with the verdict in the youtube video
