Oh my goodness. So, we love all kinds of food. But, my family loves Ethiopian. Hubby says injera...is a bit too thin. But, I love it, light and healthy. He prefers a good solid Indian or West Indian road tea with Ethiopian food. That for him is perfect. But the rest of us easily do injera and dive in.

It's a fun and interesting thing to try different food. It makes you more cultured and knowledgeable. You are more open to the world. That's great. I'm glad you liked the Ethiopian food. I also like it and I'm Mexican. 😅

Tommy this spice is the gem of Ethiopian cooking: BERBERE seasoning, I have this spice and if you want to do an Ethiopian stew this spice is vital.

I did tested that in London Eritrian restaurant Holloway. God, it looks like uncooked pan cake so I was a bit hesitant. After testing it was good. It's served on a big platter. on a round table of 6 all eating in the same platter. Using your fingers.

You need to go to Ethiopian 🇪🇹 restaurant and I am sure you will love it..Ethiopian cook much better than Eritrean 😊

You should try eating in the restaurant for an authentic experience with other protein and lentils, etc. When I ate it my mouth was 🔥 but it was still delicious.
