Since you mentioned RoA, champions that benefit from the bonus level (Kayle and Syndra) and mages that need to get close (Annie, Ryze, Ali, Diana and Viktor) are an idea. I don't play anymore so I'm going off knowledge around season 2/3, give or take a few, as well as hypotheticals. Tanky support syndra or blitz used to be fun with a catalyst rush but I think that old effect got put onto lost chapter so sustain might be rough. Also bruiser Ekko because his R is essentially a second health bar with damage but I've wanted that since his release and I don't know if it ever gained traction.

Hey zwag, i'm begging you to give this build a try, Vampyre Katarina, "Ults heal me to full" Riftmaker and the new Ravenous Hydra, full build gives you 29% omnivamp, take conquerer, triumph, and taste of blood also for even more healing, the build i use is nashors, sorc shoes, riftmaker, ravenous, deathcap, and void staff ***EDIT*** they nerfed Ravenous hydra today and removed the additional 4% omnivamp, 25% is still possible and effects are similar

Zwag, you gotta try Jak'sho on Zac. I tried it in ARAM with Thornmail, Spirit Visage, and Sunfire I believe and I was literally unkillable and healing to full while diving the whole team. Should def give it a try.
