Actually hua esa hai, India me majority logo ka taste hai 4 chammach shakkar wala. Jinko coffee ka bitter taste and earthy flavour pasand hai vo kam hai, so these cafés have started making them sweet by default. You can very well get it customised to your liking. But again, not many people know how to do that. MY OPINION: Homemade coffee is cheap and best, controlled flavour with controlled substances.
