That reminds me of a story which happened a few years ago. My grandpa LOVES cheesecake. Soo, when my grandpa's birthday came me and my sister decided to bake a cheesecake. We just wanted to bring it over to them but my grandma wanted us to stay so we could eat the cake together. I absolutely hate cheesecake but I didn't want to say no because it was my grandpa's birthday. So we sat down and my grandma gave me a huge piece of the cake. I still couldn't say that I don't like it so I started eating. And I ate the whole thing! I felt so sick after the first bite but just kept eating and my sister (who loves cheesecake) just sat in front of me trying not to laugh at me! Then my grandpa asked if I didn't like the cake but because I was still too afraid to say the truth I said that it's fine. That was a big mistake! My grandma gave me another piece of the cake and I finished it again. When me and my sister left them she cracked up right before their house and I was half crying half laughing and kinda proud of me for eating it. At the end, when I was home I threw up and was glad I got this shit out of my stomach.

When I was 3 my cousins used to tell me to close my eyes and open my mouth cause they had a treat and they would always shove olives in my mouth and when I finally stopped believing them they were like "I promise this time it's cookie dough" so I opened my mouth so quick and it was an olive again

Marmite on toast is my go to sick bed meal. I think it's because it's so strong that even with a lack of taste you can still taste something. It's what my mum always made me when I was ill as a kid and at 26 it's still my go-to! Also, my cat likes it so that's enough for me to know it's good and everyone else is wrong.
