I absolutely agree! Mohammed’s behavior is becoming sullen and withdrawn except for his outbursts at Grandmother. I think the adult talk has made him afraid his father will leave them again. (They film ahead, so our comments do not reach them right away). Thank you, Yalda, and family for considering things we say. One more suggestion, Akram. Narges on Par channel, put a mirror facing into one room for one of the window panels (you could still leave the blue panel on and attach the mirror on the inside). It has become invaluable as even the youngest boy uses it to learn to brush his own hair in it. It has been a good addition to their home for grooming matters. Marsana would like it when she plays ‘dress up’ (so cute, just like all other little girls around the world. 😊)

It’s understandable that Akram is struggling with this dowry. I was under the impression that part of the dowry was paid, but after this video none of it has been paid. Since it’s causing so much heartache, it’s time Ali should find a job. He really hasn’t been doing much since Akrams father left. Instead of working on the fountain and spending money on the outside sink, he could have found some employment. Earning the money to pay for the dowry should come from him. She will eventually respect him for it.

Ali wants to go out to work but he is doing what grandpa ask him to do. Go back and view prior video that will tell you what grandpa instructed before he left for the fields. Do you realize that since grandpa left grandma has not said or do anything to harass Ali, that is because grandpa told Ali in front of grandma and Akram what he want Ali to do, in other words Ali is working for him, that he left his card with his son Albofaz so they can buy whatever they needed for construction and/or food. Grandpa wants his house to be finished before the weather changes. It would be very costly for grandpa if he was to go out and hire another builder when Ali can do the same work. We need to stop commenting that Ali should go out and work, at least for the time being. He is working whether or not there is work on the compound.
