Trying GYUKATSU in Manila | Is It as Good as Japan’s Gyukatsu Motomura?

Have you both tried Lao Taipei?? May resto sa Kapitolyo, Pasig. If you're looking for good Taiwanese/Chinese food, that's the place. Beef fried rice and the beef noodle soup yung recommended ko! and of course any of their xiao long bao :D
