I came upon this channel by accident a month back. I haven't looked back since.😂 You guys are amazing. Not just the content, but also the love and friendship that is so evident between all of you. Me and my family always called it fry sauce (as in sauce you dip your french fries in). I remember one time we were traveling around the US and we stopped in a road side diner, and my brother and I requested some fry sauce with our meals and I was really surprised when the waitress didn't know what it was lol. Dude it's a HUGE thing in Utah. It's called fry sauce, and all of the food franchises around Utah all try to make a special fry sauce (with seasonings and a couple other ingredients) to stand out from other businesses. If you want a place where you can get this stuff on tap, Utah is where to go lol. People even travel long distances just to come to Utah for the fry sauce. Idk why since I still prefer ketchup for my fries, even though I grew up in Utah with fry sauce literally everywhere, but a lot of people from Utah pride themselves on the fry sauce you get here. They consider it to be unique to Utah, like since it's so widespread here

This reminds me of when i was in China and I tried 豆汁 "DouZhi" flavoured ice cream which is fermented mung bean and actually quite liked it even though it smelt like something had died. But then I tried the 火锅 "HuoGuo" flavoured one which is HotPot flavour and nearly threw up, they said ot paired well with coriander and it just made it so so so much worse. You should try weird ice creams from around the world like this id love to see your reactions to them. Like a 榴莲 "LiuLian" Durian one!!! Loved the video and so you know the 50/50 sauce is what you put on a prawn cocktail!

Your right I dont think North America has salad cream. However at least in my part of Canada we make it ourselves in many salads. I realized this when I was overseas. It is the same salad dressing my Grandmother's both made although each from different places. 3 parts mayo 2 parts sugar 1 part vinegar is the basic recipe but can be adjusted to taste and then if you want you can add thing like celery seed etc. Use it for coleslaw, broccoli salad or lettuce salad etc. To thin down if dessired use little cream.

Saucy Sauce is also known as Fry Sauce in the west of the US its so popular that most restaurants and fast food places have to have in stock or people get upset. People love it to the point of dipping EVERYTING in it out here, fries, burgers, pickles, chicken strips you name it its probably been dipped in Fry Sauce out here.
