There are really cool brands that aren't influencers but small business owners. We got Bella Doña clothing, Sweet Street cosmetics, Bad and Bruja Lashes, Necromancy Cosmetica, Suavecita Pomade, Besame Cosmetics...I could keep going!

Agreed. People mix "independent business" and "small business", but they are not the same. There can be overlap! Love an independent business, but highlighting some that are ACTUALLY small would have been great.

There is literally an entire shopping app dedicated to shopping small businesses and they still chose to shop influencer's brands. I really love their videos but this was disappointing as a small business owner myself. If lights is small then I'm nothing.

6:15 the large price point on Ray Bans, is mostly due to the quality of the lenses. Bausch and Lomb are the makers of RB lenses, you'll usually see a small BL stamped on each one. These are considered one of the best quality sunglass lenses internationally, for multiple reasons, by a variety of associations and groups.
