The food looks good and Balnur's noodle-making skills are impressive. We call noodles erishte, it's made by chopping rolled dough but the slapping method looks cooler. The word Urdu for the Pakistani language comes from the Turkic word 'ordu' which means army. All sausage casings were originally made with intestines.

I’ve had camel milk as an American. Some of the Amish groups sometimes sell camel milk. I have tried cow, sheep, goat, camel, and donkey milk. I’ve heard horse milk is delicious and would love to try it. I’ve suggested to my husband that we may visit Kazakhstan or Uzbekistan. :)

Privet Surgery! The thing cut out on me but in the 60s, when grandparents went to France, they ate horse meat and that certain restaurants still serve horse meat and squab “pigeon.”

@@CrazyRussianSergeyThey are indeed, remember there once was this small Gallic village where Asterix the Gaul, his best friend Obelix and all the other tough Ghaulish warriors lived who would very successfully fight a neighbouring aggressor? And were always rightful and successful in the end? Just a bit like today where things are happening in a bigger scale … 😅

@@boretbemeIn many ways Richard III ist a tragic subject in England's history. The finding of his remains a masterpiece of scientific research and he was given a decent reburial matching his historical role I think. Less opulent though as it would have been back in his days had he not been slain on the battlefield. Now I am not an expert in British royalty and therefore only know of his historic role what is written about him in for example Wikipedia and I will not even dive into Shakespeare's works here ... But as I said before a decent farewell in a way for a human and respectful in accordance to his role in lifetime.

I am very glad those days when people used to eat horses here are long gone (well, of course I cannot rule out there are a few cases where certain people would horse meat, maybe from dubious and illegal sources …) Horses here are for kept for people‘s pleasure and leisure times or serious sportsmanship.

@@boretbeme You are absolutely right. Pigs are very intelligent and most likely as sensitive as horses. Basically all animals, at least all mammals and birds are the same in that way I guess. However, almost all of them can be carnivorous and humans as the top predator on this planet are no different from all. By far! Our genetical imprint.

@@boretbemeno debate to be had at all. Even plants feed on meat, blood and bone fertilises the soil of which plant get their nutrients to grow. It is all a natural cycle, plants and animals feeding upon each other, and without one the other simply would not survive.
