Uh like Travis said actually most Indian Dishes have the alternatives for Non-vegetarian Food in General, Vegan Food is really limited if you are fine with Vegetarian Food like there is literally every alternative you can find, for example we have Vegetarian Dishes that actually taste like Chicken. you will actually crave for Vegetarian Food. but if you want regular food. it also has an option.

That's Chutney with samosa Usually made with cilantro, Lemons, and chilli. Sometimes with mint is added. Samosa can come in different stuffing. Biryani masala usually has loads of black pepper. Bread is called naan. Milk is a good idea but you should get Lassi (yogurt based) to calm the spice level. Austin metro has good Indian restaurants and trucks. This is coming from an Indian American. You should ask them to give you mild in spice levels as thai chilli peppers are usually used to spice up the food. Yes it's easy to be vegetarian. I am one. Never had meat in my life.

Biryani does not have ton of black pepper. It has combination of atleast 15 spices or more - cinnamon, cardamom, black pepper, clove, turmeric, red chilli, coriander power, cumin, black cardamom, bay leaves, etc, to name a few

In Indian food, rice and naan (or chapati) are almost always substitutes for each other and they complement the gravies and vegetables. Also, you can have Raita/Dahi (curd) with biryani to cut down on the level of spice.

I love Indian food. it's my favorite number one food. then second is Vietnamese. yummy. and Cilantro I absolutely love, I grow it and even eat it raw with my foods. I usually take the Roti bread and break some off and pick up the food with the bread. I rarely use utensils I use the Roti for everything. Indian food has turmeric, cumin, chili peppers, fenugreek, cardamom seeds, cilantro, plenty of more spices, each family makes their own spice blend.

Yes Indian is amazing..Vindaloo extra Spicy will burn your mouth for days and I love it. Yes my sister is Vegan and we go to our favorite Indian restaurant when we all go out for her. You can get Naan with chillis baked into it it is sooo good as is garlic Naan and butter Naan

Briyani has a lot of spices basically Indian culinary is a blend of spices. That was Mint, coriander, lime chutney which is eaten with samosas, usually you get a sweet tamarind chutney too so the combination of hot & sweet is mind blowing. The flat bread is called NAAN you can have a lot of different varieties of Naans. The right way to eat is spread the rice and then put some curry over it and have it with some lime and curd.

curry is not a spice........ curry is more liquidy sause and gravy is more sticky sause........ i understand what you mean by CURRY ...... its a spice mixed with alot of different spices packed in one which they sell in states as CURRY MASALA/SPICE....... not trying to be rude or anything just trying to give out the correct info as i can see you like trying different dishes so helping you understand better bout the indian cuisines 😁 hope this helps you 😁 btw its true lot of jamaican,korean, dishes tastes similar to indian dishes and i love jamaican,korean,mexican, philli, dishes those are bomb too

There's no spice called curry. It's not even a flavor in India. Because Indian taste is so diverse, some people(not in India) might have come up with a taste to represent India. Let me tell you as an Indian that it is offensive to see all Indian food being misrepresented by a single flavor called curry.

I love Indian food. You have to try Mango Lassi. Delicious! My favorite Indian restaurant has a buffet and I always do a tasting platter. A small spoon of at last 10 different offerings. I've never been able to say there is an Indian food I don't like.

One more thing. The key to non mushy rice 🍚 is a rice cooker. Go to any Asian store, H Mart, or a Lotte (Low-tay), so you can choose your sides and accessories. Nonstick for sure. Mine is old and the rice sticks in the bottom but it still cooks well. Getting new one soon.

A yogurt based side/ sauce called Raitha is given along with the Biriyani in case it's too spicy to cool it down... Indian cuisine uses anywhere between 5 to 100 spices depending on what is being prepared... So we cannot single out one flavor, it's rather impossible

Bread-Roti Curried chicken with white rice Curry is a combination of spices, turmeric these are just two of the main spices. Curry comes with different heat. Enjoy!!!😃

What make it spicy is the chilli pepper. Indian food is good and spicy. I love love Indian food. Lol. Next time get a mango lassi with your Indian food. It also helps with the heat in the food. Biryani is eaten just normally without anything else. The bread is called Naan and it is eaten with that curry. The biryani is spicy because of the garam masala(hot powder) they use in it and next time you try try biryani alone and nothing else with it.

The curry is best with the white rice and the bread (Nan). India food is usually very spicy. You should request less Hot spices to be added to the Biryani. The mango lassi (drink) is great with the spicy foods. Yes, Indian restaurants usually have a variety of vegan dishes.

The green sauce is called is made out of meant it is called meant chutney it’s made out of men and few of the ingredients it’s called meant to chat me and inside the samosas I potatoes peas and a little bit of red peppers and red seasonings lead black pepper salt cayenne it’s a lot of ingredients in the Samosa then you have some garlic non-I would know this because I am Indian I was born in Calgary Alberta Canada
