It's no secret that I absolutely love Indian food and Masala Chowk is a famous and massive place to try lots of new things! I went to the main stalls and tried lots of things for the first time - there is so much more to Indian food than I ever thought.

That brown sweet souce is made using tamarind, that is why it's taste is sweet, sour and tangy

The noodle like thing is not pasta but is vermicelli known as rabri in Hindi in North India and known as semya in South India
