I'm Japanese so I know a lot of these snacks. The "egg biscuits" that you ate are actually for babies. You probably noticed that they melt in your mouth. They're snacks for babies that they can eat before they even have teeth. I loved them when I was a baby!

I moved to Japan this year, and their snacks are the best! SOOOO GOOD!!!! If you get a chance, try their chocolate break. It looks similar to the green tea bread you tried, but with melted chocolate and powdered sugar. Literally the best thing I ever ate.
