I'm glad that you mixed the halo-halo. Afterall, halo-halo literally means mix-mix. Because halo is the tagalog word for mix. Try the palabok (a noodle in shrimp sauce with pork cracklings). Tip, mix the palabok well and have a good queeze of lemon with it. Also, the pineapple juice and the aloha burger. And, the smashed potatoes in gravy and the buttered sweetcorn. I don't know in America; but, here in the Philippines, Jollibee's crews are well trained and well oriented on how to handle their costumer well. Another tip, when inside the Jollibee try to find a table with Filipino and ask to share their table for you. I think they will not deny you for Filipinos loves to eat with families and friends and esp with celebrities! Also, Filipinos loves social media. I think taking videos inside Jollibee is very welcome. 'Til your next visit! Enjoy!

Josh, next time you go to Jollibee ask what the ingredients of halo-halo are. Make sure you get the following: (1) Aloha burger, (2) Pancit Palabok with lemon juice (fully mixed), (3) Spicy Chickenjoy, (4) one of the rice meals such as burger steak with pepper sauce, (5) pineapple juice, (6) halo-halo again (fully mixed). If you have a chance, try a mukbang of ChowKing, Red Ribbon, Tokyo Tokyo, Goldilocks, and other Filipino-brand restaurants.

Cool video! I am a JollyFan too! Tips and tricks to some: 1. You can say "more sauce" on your spaghetti if you wanted to have a saucy spag. 2. Here in the Philippines - it is very common to drink the gravy or make it a soup and pour it in your rice and mixed it with your chicken like Chinese steamed fried rice. 3. There is a secret menu where you can ask the cashier any combos like jollyspag+jollyhotdog. 4. Im not sure if in California there's burgersteak? If so, then instead of asking gravy for your chicken you can ask the mushroom gravy from the burgersteak sauce. I couldn't think for now but i know theres more. Hahha enjoy😍

I’m not sure if its a thing in international branches, but when I was in college my friends and I will eat lunch on Jollibee. But here’s the thing, only one of us would buy a meal (student meal to be exact 😂) and the rest will just buy an extra rice and will ask for a plate. Then there’s a station there wherein you can refill you gravy and that’s what we’re having for lunch, rice and gravy 😂 maybe next time try asking them for an extra gravy 😎 Ps. For those who wants to try Halo-halo, keep in mind to mix it first 😊 Love your reaction by the way. 😎

Oh not at all, it's not weird to drink that delicious gravy. Everytime i get chance to eat at Jollibee, i cover up my rice with tons of gravy then the chicken, it's free and unlimited. That's the right thing to do, is to first mix the halo-halo good before you eat it. Btw, halo means mix.

I'm not sure if somebody has already commented this, but "halo-halo" means "mix-mix". You have to like mix the halo-halo first for you to fully enjoy it. But I'm just so happy and proud that you're trying out Filipino foods, man. You should try halo-halo again and you should mix it before eating it! 😁 Oh another thing, if you ever get to eat at Jollibee that is actually here in the Philippines, they will never allow you to eat outside their store like that. I bet they would even set a special table for you inside. Filipinos are very welcoming like that. So sorry you have to eat outside. :(
