Hi! Commenting this bcs have some info and want to compare it. I made a monthly subscription shortly after your first zeesea vid. Yesterday was the renew day. It didn't happen. Asked their customer service and they said each subscription must be paid every month. I was like really...then why do you call it a monthly subscription? Weird. After that they advised me to get one of the more expensive plans. So please let me know 1. if you have the cancel button when you log into your account? ( I have yet to find it , also my order is still showing up as unprocessed, despite me receiving it) 2. if they recharge you after your 3 months expire. I read someone from Finland having issues with them also with subscriptions but I'm in Romania. Anyways thank you and looking forward to your next videos 😄

Hi! This was my first box from the 3 month subscription and to be honest I haven’t received the second one for this month… maybe it’s coming a bit late… How I remembered I could cancel from my account but I guess you have to write them to cancel… I was thinking it’s a good idea to prepay for 3 months and to not worry about them charging me and just enjoy the boxes but I’m a bit worried coz I haven’t gotten the second box yet and no email or anything that it has been shipped… I don’t know about recharging after 3 months, I think if you’re not stopping automatically charging, like if you are not canceling the subscription they will charge for the next 3 or 6 or whatever months the subscription is… if you don’t want them to charge automatically you can just cancel it and gata 😁 I’m waiting to see the experience with the upcoming boxes.

@@AnahitVibes Ok thanx for replying so fast. That is worrisome. If your box doesn't arrive by the end of the month try contacting them via the form on their website. They replied fast. I also tried via email when my order wasn't showing any progress (cause they say they give you tracking etc), and no response. I just received it. You got an email the first time it shipped? Girl you lucky xD So they recharge the 3rd and 6th but not the monthly? lol I just saw the edited message . Thing is on their website they say to write them to skip not cancel. We are suppose to have a cancel button after making a subscription. Just how all subscriptions are suppose to be renewed. This it what they say. My fear is getting an expensive plan and being stuck in a loop like the person from Finland. Although I wish they'd loop me with this 1 month one cause I have the memory of a goldfish 😂 Anyways keeping my fingers crossed for you and your next boxes. Their products are nice but too much stress lol. Thanx again!

Also in case anyone is wondering what I got in a 1 month plan : 1 eye primer, 1 dark red lipstick, 1 dark red liquid lip tint and 1 golden earring. Yes just 1. I might get the next one in a future box or I might have to reinvent fashion . Who knows? 🤣
