Years ago, there was a Quarter Pounder Deluxe on the McDonald's menu with lettuce, tomato & mayo. It was delicious with just the simple salad toppings.

Hi from Southern Calif! 🙋‍♀️ Here, in the USA we no longer have the fried pie crust. The pies are baked except for one location. The last original walk-up, counter McDonalds, in Downey Calif, still has the fried pies! I always detour over if I happen to be near, just to get a fried apple pie with it's bubbly, texture, and have a look through the McDonalds museum as well at the big sign with "Speedy" on it, the original architecture too. I became an ovo-lacto vegetarian years ago so my fast food forays are usually for sweet childhood favourites

Mcdonald's only dropped the deep fried pies in North America, but they are sold everywhere else in the World. They cite "health concerns" but they were being sued by Karens who complained they were boiling hot and burnt their mouths. The USA is home of the lawsuit.

This is just superb. Having the dessert as a starter is certainly unconventional but it must be applauded for the subversion of expectations. The "McFlurry" and "Toffee Apple Pie" combo bite was sublime. I just imagine it is a sensational collision of textures and flavours that leaves you utterly enchanted. Agreed that the "Philly Cheese Stack" is the best item you reviewed in this video, but then again I absolutely love beef burgers so that would probably always have been the case! Thanks again for the fantastic content as always Everyday I'm Eating. Perhaps next you could do Subway vs Greggs?

I can remember quite a few years ago seeing a Steakwich ( think that's what is was called) in the picture it looked a nice slice of steak. When it came it was small and the steak was very thin and as hard as shoe leather

I don't have Maccies often and usually their 'specials' over the years have been pretty crap but funnily enough I tried the Philly cheese stack yesterday and was shocked how good it actually was. They should keep that on the regular menu. The biggest shocker in this video was the fact that the icecream machine was working 😆

That toffee apple pie could see you enjoyed that as it was so crunchy, dipping into the macflurry what an added taste bud pleasure. On rare occasions tend use KFC but from your review of MacDs, for a take away your choices looked quite moorish, got impression you enjoyed them all and if the quality is good, today's higher prices are exceptable. One in close proximity of KFC I use,so try your choices this coming month.

McDonald's need to change their beef patties. Either make them bigger and not flimsy, season them better or get that flame grill flavour like at Burger King. Just do anything and not just change the sauce for every ''new burger'' 😡

Meals on wheels 😂 McDonald's were the leading brand.Taking over from Wimpy (still my favourite 😊) But of late in some locations, standards have dropped 😢 The "New" items to me are a gastro gimmick. Just shuffling the basic ingredients about a bit However,the toffee apples pie looked& sounded brilliant ❤Size has been mentioned in other vlogs,but the shrinkflation can't be helped 😢. And just one more thing,as Columbo used to say😅 beef as in burger 🍔 but chicken 🐔 in a sandwich 🥪. I know ,i know all goes in the same way.And in the fulness of time leaves the same way😢 As a treat burgers, any chain or local shop will satisfy the need. Anyway until your next video Allan&Family
