I’ve been using all of their product for months and my hair has grown and their hair vitamins are good too. I think they have good products for me and others who have problems with dry thin spit end chemicals process hair heat damaged hair etc. don’t give upon good product over this one revie

Great review, I felt the same way I didn't see many girl with natural hair on their site so I looked up a couple on youtube. Yeah that shampoo wasn't it, it wasn't that bad for me but it definitely wasn't my fave. That is very true about the two shampoo's, I agree.

I have fine hair as well and it would've done the same thing to my hair. Tangled mess! We as people of color can't use any and every kind of hair products, at least I can't.

Looks like the shampoo was not pH balanced because it matted and tangled your hair. The red flag for me is that it says "Normal Hair" and usually most shampoos that state that it's for normal hair won't work that well for dry, textured hair because there's little moisture in it. And to think this shampoo is sulfate-free (I checked the website🤫😊 ). Seems like the shampoo might be more clarifying because it's clear and it is probably formulated for people who have oily hair. No wonder you didn't see anybody on their site that looks like you because it's not for our kind of hair. Their claims are off saying that it works for dry hair, they need to make a shampoo that says on the bottle "Dry Hair" and make the shampoo moisturizing. Love the makeup and your hair! You did an excellent review, even though the products didn't work for your hair!!👍

Hi Evelyn! My apologies for the late reply, but I definitely wanted to reply to you. Girl...it was just a big ol' mess. For the price point of these products I kind of expected way more out of them. After I recorded my review I checked to see if there were any reviews here on YT. I didn't want to watch any reviews before so that I wouldn't be swayed in my opinion. There were some positive reviews, and then there were some less than positive reviews like mine. Their claims are WAY off.

Yikes! Yeah, this really doesn't sound like this is made for us, that webbing that happens after using shampoo means that it's a complete clarifying shampoo, and even still, it shouldn't dry it out THAT much to where even the conditioner couldn't save it. Disappointing, but thanks for the review!
