I'm a lifelong Westsider too. When I used to study in Hua Yi, a group of friends and I would stay back in school and study for our O Levels till dinner time and head to a bubble tea shop nearby to hang out and relax. The auntie and uncle knew every one of us! Interesting that it's your first time at Boon Lay Shopping Centre! It's a place that I've literally 從小混到大 as my dad runs a shop there. I've seen so many bubble tea shops open and close in the last 20 years. Also fun fact - the clinic next to Teavana was where I got my positive COVID PCR 😂
