It doesn't affect me falling asleep but I'm wondering if it's what makes me wake up throughout the night.. I've read it can disrupt how much deep sleep you get, so.. I'm going to try only drinking it in the AM from now on.

@@hejmonika1001 Caffeine is a stimulant, most ADHD meds are just more powerful stimulants, and many people with ADHD report not having the energizing effect from caffeine and instead find it just helps them focus. It's not a diagnosis, it's an observation, and how would you know if OP has qualifications or not? Are you doxing them to check? I'm going to assume not.

To me making chocolate milk always seemed more fancy than getting it pre-made at the store. It certainly felt a lot fancier anyways as a kid to take the special topping you usually put on ice cream or pancakes and just luxuriously be mixing it into your milk but idk.

I think a better way for Link to look at this would be to not compare Chug and Sip so directly. Going with the original idea of the game, "Chug" would be something you enjoy but is too much to have it all the time. You want it every now and then as a change of pace. "Sip" is what you really commit to, though. So I disagree with Link saying that "Chug" "Is something you have to get it over with" and I disagree with Rhett implying that it's inherently better than "Sip".

I can drink a cup of coffee and go to bed! It probably does affect me but it doesn't matter to me. After all, I will only sleep 4 ish hrs anyway! My back hurts when I lay down so I only get 20/30 min intervals of sleep before I have to shift/move because of the pain. My cousin slept for 17 hrs once, in one night/sleep, so I added my sleep time over the next few days and it took me a cumulative five nights to hit 17hrs.
