Jardance i am on and Mounjaro no insulin. I am on 10 mg it goes up to 25 mg. Also metformin 2000 mg a day. Mounjaro saved my life!! I am a type 2 diabetic my a1c was 13 I started on Mounjaro end February 2024 I have lost 70lbs my a1c is now 5.6. My average glucose was 350 now is 99. I am a healthy 130 pounds. I hope you get back on Mounjaro!!!

If Keto is difficult then try carnivore it’s easier. Easier to keep carbs low. Yes Mounjaro is Best. Not only does it help to lose weight but also with blood sugar
