I used to be just like you every day was a challenge to see how much I could do, then when I got to 60 my back went, I have had back surgery but never been able to go back to the building trade which I really miss, this is not a sob story or a lecture I’m just trying to say take care, when you are young we all believe that we are indestructible but it can soon go wrong, take care mate great you tube channel.

They allow you to set out the cavity at the same time as the face. So you can just plumb up from the face of it, for face work. And the back of it, for internal blocks

@ Izzy the brick. This message is for all the tradespeople out there, especially bricklayers. What do you think the future holds for bricklaying? Is there still good money to be made, or has the landscape of the trade changed? Would you recommend someone entering the field, or do you think it's wiser to pursue a different trade and steer clear of construction? I’d love to hear your honest opinions, particularly from those who have been in the trade for a long time. Have you ever considered leaving the profession for something different? Do you have a plan B for the future? I'm also keen to hear from the creator of this channel. With industries like automotive technology rapidly evolving-such as the shift towards electric and hybrid vehicles-I'm curious if others in the trade are thinking about transitioning to more tech-focused careers. Please share your thoughts; I’m genuinely interested in what you all think."
