i’ve been vegan for 6 years and what really helped me at the beginning was just veganizing recipes i already loved before going vegan! for me it was way less intimidating than seeking out vegan recipes because sometimes they are so complicated for no reason!

I'm a huge fan of jack fruit, though I will admit I haven't made it in a while. Some of the recipes I've enjoyed used Jack fruit with BBQ sauce as "pulled pork" and some in tacos like "carnitas". Omg so good! I'm going to have to pick some up this week. I have an idea to make it like a Chipotle burrito bowl since I've been craving them recently.

Kylie, tamari soy sauce is a great way to add flavour and colour to vegan sauces or gravies. Adds that salty, umami taste. But red wine is a good idea too!

Me telling you how to get there might be confusing but at the bottom of Kylie’s video where she has OMG, click where it says more, then scroll down and click on more again! Then if you click on the red KZbin notification it takes you to the lady who made the recipe. Then on her video if you again click on more, scroll down to where she says about it being spicy, click to read the rest and she has the recipe written out for you! Kylie did change it a bit with the wine but the whole recipe is there☺️ Sorry for the long message but trying to help you find the recipe and explaining it is hard messaging lol
