Trying Out Sleeping In Our New Camping Cargo Trailer - Chilly Night!

I had No clue that a cold front was coming through this night of the test.
Usually, Memorial Day weekend is hot during the day and warm at night.
I did learn about what I need to add to this simple camping conversion.

Get a plastic storage box for dirty or wet shoes,some people store it outside under the trailer .i would keep it inside.we are retired,just found your channel. We just got a couple of scooters,want to get a cargo trailer with aback ramp to "garage" them . Andcamp out of as well.we can then drive to our destination and scooter to explore or go to town.leave the truck and teailer at the campground. Scootersget 80 to 100 mpg.the truck can sit

Original plan was to build a teardrop trailer off of a harbor freight trailer. I already have 2 of those for a utility trailer and one I turned into a kayak trailer. The car accident changed things. I'll definitely have a bag or box for wet items. I thought about a box with holes in it to drain out and air dry

Chinese diesel heater. $159 bucks and done. Havelock wool for insulation when you get there.

I have a Chinese diesel heater. I haven't assembled it yet. The entire trailer was factory insulated top to bottom 👍 I just installed the 270 awning today

@@TroysHobbies mines on the floor in front of the wheel well. Exhausted through the floor and it the side underneath. In my 24 ft. It was 65 inside when it was in the teens outside. Just roof insulation.
