E2 seems so smooth rn, maybe Swain will be more viable

overall thoughts: AP builds feel better (full ap/pen builds) E feels reliable R2 is very fun and feels strong Numbers on R seem rough (HP ratio) Overall as a swain main these changes look good.

i dont like that they cut the healing on the ult so much doesnt feel like a real battle mage if the only viable build is full ap pen like you said

numbers can be changed as this is the pbe. they recently buffed the hp ratio on ult from 1% to 1.25% although its not much this shows that they are still working on numbers.
