Hi, doctor here. Yes, it is normal. I am an adult and since I was a kid, I've had this issue of nose bleed when it's too hot for my body to handle. The heat can do that to children, who are sensitive to temperature changes more than adults.

Parents should not plan long trips abroad to stay with children, that too so many people, Mausi, Mausa, Boys, people who have relocated abroad just three years ago, r still struggling themselves, with limited resources, 45 days to stay with such huge family is not practical. Childrens life get very difficult. Indian extended families must understand this, they try to take advantage.

The most difficult thing about living abroad is loneliness. My parents/in laws stay for 6 months at a stretch. I am sure most people do not mind the extra care from family

dont worry divya arjun nose bleeding in 3 to 7 ages of kids is v common but if it is for daily or ur kid bleed then u can go for checkup but in hot weather its really common
