I started doing this and have never gotten more compliments on my style!!! I bought a bunch of “on trend” baby tees in dif colours, a bunch of cropped tanks, and 4 pairs of baggy jeans. I’ll add in a flannel, jean jacket, leggings etc. and it’s so simple but so fool proof and I feel so confident 😊

Loved this video, thanks for the inspo !! I have been in a style rut recently because I focused too much on the overall aesthetic I wanted to achieve rather than wearing pieces that actually bring me joy. I'm definitly going to try dopamine dressing to get me out of that rut ! The pink outfit was so fun ! I love black-white-red so much as a combo, it's one of my go-to's because depending on how much black or how dark your red is, you can be giving anything you want on the spectrum of ~french girl~ to ~vampire~ !

Yes , please - Part 2! I have seen something similar on Pinterest where they take basics/staples/a statement piece or two and mix and match to make different styled outfits… so like a plain white tee worn 5 different ways, a denim jacket worn x amount of ways, etc etc.

Agree but as a size 16 myself any clothes in major brands that fit my hips and ass are labeled as "plus". Unfortunately the fashion industry doesn't have mid size nor so they seem to stock things in XL or 14/16 which is just ironic since that is the average women sizes in the U.S. It's just annoying in general. I wish women's fashion would just be like guys and use sizing based on actual inches lol
