In Europe (atleast in Germany), there is provision for both hot and cold water in all the taps. That is why Scrub Daddy works only in these countries. In other countries it is simply not possible to have a water with consistent temperature.

I have several of these. It really does NOT replace a typical steel wool scrubber for dishes. It does NOT get as hard as they make it seem under cold water and simply cannot get the very finely caked on grime on dishes like a steel wool scrubber can. Am I wrong?

You dont need fancy scrub daddy for burn pot. Buy food grade Na2CO3 put tablespoon inside, fill with water, boil for few minutes and scrub with regular sponge, magic will happen.

That is the truth, it saves time doses such a fantastic job I have fallen in love with scrub daddy. I will give all the credit to scrub daddy because I do not like I repeat do not like scrub mommy, waist of money, they hold the soap too much. I ask the question why would you buy scrub mommy when there is nothing out there like scrub daddy. I just hope pray they make a really nice back bath brush that we are badly in need off. Only problem i have with this product. When im scrubbing stuck on grease and burnt shit, warm water is best to dissolve grease with soap. So having it soft when hot and hard when cold isnt ideal

IMO The Scrub Mommy is better cause you have the harder side and the sponge side allows to soak up more soap foam compared to just all hard side of the Scrub Daddy.
