As a Spaniard I can tell that mojicón really taste like nothing but dense and the need to drink..... And where I live, the Canary Island, torreznos are usually eaten with gofio, a kind of toast flour, it can be eaten like any other flour, cooking it, but also simply mixing it with water or milk, and even uncooked. In the case of torreznos, once they are fried it's breaded with uncooked gofio. Keep fighting!! U can!! ❤️❤️ Now I silently go back to my own fight

The reason why ham ruffles taste different to normal ham is because iberian ham is one of the bests in the world, if you wanna get some 8n america or japan they’ll be very expensive and they’ll probs be of less quality, some good iberian ham you could find in a 5 star every plate at 100 dollars etc in new york etc but amazingly enough here in spain you can have it for 5 euros!
