I've done it in my hair and I have 100% natural 4a/b hair and it's amazing, wet your hair before you put the mask on and don't shampoo before or after. Also it should be a runny consistency cause if it's thick its going to take 4ever to get out your hair.

Your hair is amazing❤️ But when I use Aztec clay I mix it with water, apple cider vinegar and oils, so it doesn’t leave my hair feeling stripped and before I apply the clay I usually spritz my hair first with water. Hopefully that works

it tried it for the 1st time last month on my type 4 hair and it was really hard to apply and to wash out. the clay would stick to my scalp and i had to scratch most of it out then shampoo it. 😭 even after all of that it made my curls look amazing. i would recommended it

Christina Armore from my experience on my first try it was a little difficult but now i do it every month (on WET HAIR) and i put sum oils in in and my curls come out soft and pretty much defined (im pretty sure i have a mixture of 3c/4a) and its not thag hard to wash it out anymore❤️

you are supposed to put water in ur hair beforehand, it doesn’t strip the moisture and YES it is supposed to feel n look that weird lol, but like more wet... idek if it does much at all without ur hair being wet. also using apple cider vinegar helps balance out the acid levels in your hair and get rid of buildup so using water won’t be as effective. also Apple cider vinegar can be used alone as a clarifier instead of or before shampoo, or even after conditioning just in ur roots. It smells nasty tho lol. anyway if you ever do it again keep that in mind!

Hey I just wanna say that if u have dandruff u should do an apple cider vinegar rinse for your hair it helps just wash your hair first get a bottle like a bottle u would use for oils or to mix hair dye put apple cider vinegar and water in the bottle make it and just run the bottle thru your scalp leave on your hair for at least 2 min and rinse rlly good in the shower. Thank me later! :)
