Dosa can be crispy to soggy. It is one's preference for crispy or soggy or in-between. I like how Sylvia organized the chutney, Masada and sambar in the takeout box. A tasteful vlog.

As a tamilian, I must say that dosa can be eaten later, but it won't be as good as it was fresh. You really need to enjoy with around 4-6 people. Also, the coconut chutney goes bad really quickly. It'll start tasting sour just 1hr after unrefrigerated open exposure. Best thing to order would be idlis, whether the normal rice variety or Rava idlis. The size of dosa doesn't matter It's what they put in the dough and the side dishes. Next time try some set dosa and vadakari Onion uthappam Or just idli with gunpowder and sesame oil. Really simple, safe to eat and tasty enough. Tond phadke khao. Have fun. Jai bhole ki

Yahan to bhaiya jahan main rehta gwalior (MP) mein garmi mein ek do jagah bel fal ka juice milta hai . Bel fal is very good for stomach in summers as it is very cool in its nature. I prefer natural juices , nimboo shikanji in summer rather than packed ones 😁
