It fades throughout the day and comes completely off when taking my makeup off at the end of the day using a cleansing balm

Can anyone tell me if I can use this to over line my lips ? I’m trying to make them look bigger but everytime I use regular lip liner I end up looking like I ate some chocolate :( So I’m really looking for something that won’t go pasty after a few hours

For me it lasts 4hours no eating/drinking but 2 hours if I eat or drink something!
