I was raised 1 on 9 I was the middle child. My parents kept up very involved in activities such as sports, dance and creative arts but we had one rule, we were not allowed to join any activities that would take place on thrusday. My hubby thought a heart muscle hurts if it’s overworked just like a leg muscle does. This is not true because a normal heart pumping should not hurt. If it hurts, something is wrong. Hubby was having a heart attack after climbing a mountain. I got him to the ER right away. Yikes! He’s doing great now 5 years later.
