As a Starbucks barista, GRACE CALL THEM!! Don't lose out on the stars and Starbucks customer service will bend over backwards to make the customer happy. And the new app update was a complete flop and they're really embarrassed about it so use that to your advantage... PS. I agree about the soy milk. Superior. PPS. You can use your own cup now. But not if you're doing a mobile order.

The strawberry lemonade is an American drink I believe. We can take the strawberry syrup from the strawberry cream and pop in in a green tea lemonade and that's nice, but it's alot thicker than the American syrup so just sinks to the bottom. So you could just ask for the strawberry syrup, lemonade and ice blended (but it wouldn't be on the app). The double shot is super strong (I'm a normal espresso drinker and I wouldnt recommended it to most other coffee drinkers without syrup. It's my most brought back drink, it shocked us when the put it back on the menu). It's it just litterly an cup of ice, a shot of double cream and 2 shots of espresso. Iced coffee also tastes stronger than warm coffee as well. I would have recommended you go for the vanilla double shot (is on the menu, don't know about the app) which has 3 shots of vanilla syrup in it to sweeten the shot. Or alternatively one of the Secret menu option of liquid crack which is a double shot, no ice and 6 pumps of white chocolate mocha. As for gingerbred vs pumkin - pumkin spice is just essentially ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and clove and ginger bread is ginger and cinnamon so they are very simular in taste. My personal favourite drink is an soya iced latte with 2 pumps ginger 1 pump pumkin and pumkin topping. If you do go back for the eggnog, please be aware that it comes with coffee so ask for it without coffee as I feel you would enjoy it more 😊. It also has alot of dairy in it so please be careful. As for the coffee dilemma, in Starbucks you can order any latte based drink as what's known as a steamer/milk steamer. This is a kids drink, but it's essentially a latte without the coffee. So the gingerbred steamer would be steamed milk, gingerbred syrup and cream. When in doubt find the coffee master (black apron) and we are normally more than happy to talk about anything to do with coffee 😂. From whats in each syrup to how the machines work to how the coffees grown. Its literally our job to teach the green beans and customers the ins and outs of the coffee industry. Most baristas are happy to tell you what we think our most underrated coffee is, what are favourite is and what to stay away from.
