I do not encourage anyone to enter culverts, unclog anything, or enter flooded areas as it can easily become deadly without the proper training
I unclog drains for fun in my spare time (I have been trained in culvert inspections for years with private co.) and I am osha trained.
Exploring anything abandoned can be dangerous or deadly without experience. I don't encourage anyone to enter any abandoned structures. Not only is safety a concern, but often times its illegal, and when possible I seek out permission from the owner or local police. I simply go to document its history before it's gone forever and I leave things the way I find them. I only take pictures and only leave footprints. I assume all the risks and responsibility before doing this. Please don't attempt to do this on your own. There could be nails, asbestos, falling concrete, soft floors, animals, or other hazards. Thanks for watching.

Hi post, when you purge the powerwasher and hoses always keep the machine turned off and just keep the trigger down on the handle as this is the corret way to do it as it keeps wear on the pump to a minimum 👍

Post, Wild times in Maine! You did good! I remember you had your clothes steamer out there too. Your beard and you were covered water/ice. I am waiting for you to show the cold doesn't bother you again. Super power! You run out in just your shorts and make snow angels. 😂😂 Mostly 40s and 50s in my part of Indiana this week! I am happy!😅

Yeah, we still got February. Everyone's thinks winters coming to an end because we got some warmer weather coming... Not a chance it'll stay like that till spring. I'm positive we'll get hit pretty good next month to make up for it.

One of my most fond memories of my grandfather when I was a kid was visiting him up in Fort Kent during the winter and him taking a pot full of boiling water outside in roughly -40 degrees F and him throwing it up into the air and it instantly freezing. Was a really cool experiment, especially since this was WAY before the days of KZbin! I grew up in CT and at that time, we'd occasionally see between -10F to -20F when I was growing up, but nothing like the temps up in Fort Kent. It's likely it would have worked at those temps in CT, but -30 to -40F and colder is really where the "magic" happens! Even when I went to college in Fort Kent for a semester, before my semester ended, we saw -35F just in December. Your grandfather definitely isn't kidding when he said those temps were regular occurrences for the winter back then, pretty much anywhere north of Bangor. Don't get me wrong, it's still brutal cold up in Northern Maine, but nothing like it was back in the day. It definitely breeds some hardy people! Glad I got to experience a little bit of it and I remember my grandparents saying that they had seen as low as -60F up there, not even factoring in the windchill! It was the first place I lived that I realized I couldn't wear shorts and a t-shirt in the winter like I did most places (only did it in the winter just to make a statement anyway), because if my old piece of crap Ford Escort broke down, there's a strong likelihood I'd die out there. Even now, when I still check the weather occasionally up there, it's rare to see it colder than -20F. I'm sure the cycle of brutal cold will return at some point, but for now the folks up there might as well enjoy their "heat wave." 🤣

I hope we are done with the cold weather. Here in the South We hit a record of -5°F we got 4 inches of snow. We are just not equipped for snow. Tomorrow morning we are expecting 1/4"-1/2" of ice. That's gonna suck. However it suppose to be turning all into rain by noon. Stay warm. Many water utilities are massively struggling, they can't supply enough water for folks to run a small stream of water to prevent their lines from freezing and bursting. Crazy how cold weather can cripple our state. Schools have been completely closed for a week solid.

It is to keep the pipes from freezing and bursting. It's a nightmare to deal with in winter. Letting it drip helps. Not a wide open tap.

I always put an adjustable zip tie on the trigger of my pressure washer to relieve hand strain. Idk if ours are similar power or not but mine would definitely not be very dangerous if it got loose while stuck on, which is the reason I assume that they don't have a trigger lock built in

@post10Vlogs
@post10Vlogs 7 ай бұрын
I don't know about the exhaust it would create but propane is a wet heat meaning it's going to create condensation in your tent or truck while diesel is a dry heat so it won't do that
@carlkruyswyk6245
@carlkruyswyk6245 7 ай бұрын
@@post10Vlogs You are very correct that it would be dry heat, similar to a wood stove. The exhaust from a portable diesel heater would defintely need to be vented outdoors (just like a wood stove).
