There's a loophole, that's why. I believe their intention from the start was to have Kamala as President which is why and how she climbed the ladder through by sleeping her way up. She has the deep state to thank for her career, that is if she doesn't mind being their puppet. They expected her to perform as well as Hillary and Barrack have but she's failed, revealing who truly backs her and what their motives really are. Because she's the Vice President of the current administration she's basically taking Biden's place as the runner, representing their "presidency" rather than an individual running. This is also how she got all of Biden's votes and donations for "her" campaign, basically using the presidency loophole to do it. Basically, they're a unit and so when one of them says or does something the other essentially is also. So if you want to knit pick it you can then claim the votes for their administration or their presidency as well as the donations and any other perks that the presidency receives, they claim together as one unit and so whichever of the two choose to run for office they are getting what the "presidency" got. Am I making sense?

The lord saved trump from two attempts on his life. I have to believe that there's a reason for that. This reason I believe is to save our country.
