Trying to cancel my ooma home phone line. called on Weekend but told me I had to call back Monday??

I went to cancel my ooma residential phone line... by calling
1-866-939-6662
The support person on the phone told me I couldn't cancel my service until regular weekday hours because they needed an account specialist to help me. Sigh. Annoying huh?
*UPDATE: I of course forgot to call them.. and 2 weeks later I got them on the line.
It took about 10-15 minutes to cancel my oome residential service on a WEEKDAY.
I was paying $7 a month in 2024 for taxes and fee's.
