So cute! I was a naughty boy and took the winter and early spring off my usual off-season indoor cycling workouts. Losing the 15 or so pounds I packed on has been gruelling! I’m down about 10 so far. Exchanging fat for lean muscle is a very slow process. I can see the commitment and dedication you have is working great Emma! Congrats!

I am a certified yoga instructor. There is more core work in yoga than people might be aware of, and it's low impact.

I've watched this multiple times but only got to find the time to comment today. 😁 When you wondered why the fluffs doesn't do to Shane what they do to you whilst exercising, I thought maybe because they see dad as the fluff disciplinarian more than you. 😋 Although, I think a funny thought could also be that the fluffs thought they could help you out with the degree of difficulty of your home exercises in having to manuever around them being distractive. 😂 I appreciate that you now give special attention/care/priority to sensitive Phil especially since he's getting older. Telling off Niko when she growled at Philly Bear for wanting your attention. Though you did great at preventing them from fighting after Niko plastered herself on your lap and Phil pawed at her paws. You calmly tood them both off. Quite entertaining that the two oldest still act like kids when vying for your attention and poor Ted-ster, he really does get pushed over by his older fur siblings.
