Go to Baguio City n La Union in the north. Its very cool weather compared to the rest of the Philippines. Like 25-30f degrees cooler. at night you will need a sweater. But its very mountainous like San Francisco so hiking every street is normal. Enjoy the fresh strawberries if u visit

TOURIST TIP: ALWAYS ASK.....simple things like you forgot to bring snacks on a 3-4HR trip, simply ask locals if there will be a pit stop or bathroom break stops for the trip to snacks available along the trip. Don't keep it in. Always ask....Filipinos are always ready to help. We may never have all the answers but always ask from many person, not only a few.

it's nice you got to talk to the locals about the country, that's the most reliable information. I think there's about 200 languages in the country, and a couple more dialects, some i assume aren't even noticed

Ohhh your back in cebu. Go to kawasan falls just a few kilometers from moalboal in BADIAN, CEBU or take a tour but the weather right know in the VISAYAS area is cloudy so just be careful with canyoneering.
