The Eachine 6s has issues, death roll when you throttle up with it on a 6S but flies well with a 4S. I have the EMAx Hawk5 and it does 100mph proper on a 4S. 6S does not necessarily mean faster, it can mean it will fly longer at lower amps. Please find a bigger place to fly your drone, a backyard like that is probably too small for you, it would be like driving your big XMax in a bathroom, lol

What a laugh i had watching that!! When you get the wizzard bound, I'd take it to the golf course, fly line of sight and take plenty of spare props! Your mates garden would be fine for a tiny whoop or similar, but deffo too small for a race drone! It's like trying to race your lambo around sainsburys and hoping you don't hit the isles... Kev please check the reviews on your drone first (before suggest it to someone else to buy). I like Eachine a lot but this particular series X220HV 6S is a fail. Dont believe me, just take a look at on youtube. The ESC board doesn't seem to handle voltage spikes very well. The specs are good on paper, no doubt. The factory setting are bare bone so you will need some extensive research just to make it flying without wobbles and jerks. And yes as you saying it it is dangerous starting to learn with a 6S racing drone. I am flying for more than 2 years now and I would strongly recommend to start with a much smaller (perhaps even prop guarded) model to get the feel of the controls. The radio usually bind only when you have the bind button pressed in while you are powering on the quadcopter otherwise it wont go into bind mode. Im on FrSky system so I only know how it does with Frsky receivers but I am almost sure it is the same on DSMx. For good measure take a visit to a local drone racing club to see what this machines are capable of and to get more blokes with more advanced knowledge to learn the skills from. By watching your friend's flying he must have started very recently as well as yourself. Good luck and happy flying!

The eachine wizard drone has a fault that makes it desync in the air and gives it a "death roll" down to the ground..this can be tuned by the filtering in betaflight , but i would recommend a 4s lipo to avoid the possibility of death rolls.. although it is after all a wizard so there is no guarantee that it will work even on 3 or 4s lipo..

Try a flight simulator on the pc. Hook up the transmitter to a pc, and crash as many times as you want! It is not like the real deal, but it gives you a little insight of what you are attempting with the quadcopter! Besides that, thank you for this channel! Love it! P.s. basically 2 ways to hook up the transmitter to a pc. With a cable from tx to pc, or with a dongle.

Yeah drones are finicky little buggers. Wind does have a lot to do with small little drones. Had just a breeze here and was flying a drone and it catch the breeze and there it goes. Had to hit the land button a few times. Helicopters are worse. Interesting that it didn't want to bind.

It's Ninja stuff Free your mind and trust it Another point is gps drones have super stability for fpv flight If you can fly a cheap drone then you can definitely fly a real fighter jet Cheap drones are subject to alot of interferences and do not have altitude hold In a wide area the sensors are limited and do not have any walls to hold unto However in an enclosed space the sensors can simply bounce around the walls to stabilize itself on hold unto It has nothing to do with your goggles however a better receiver can protect against interferences Speaking of fun I love 💕 Mad Max by Mel Gibson and this refer to racer drones as mad max May the force be with you Love ejike

Make sure you go over all of the motor screws on the drone before you fly it.

Trust me they are easier to fly at 50 feet because there are no obstacles, fly line of sight first then fly at 50 feet and do tricks for the first time. Its better to crash high and fall then hitting someones car and braking there windshield.
