I chuckled when you said recovering plant-based as I am honestly a recovering animal-based eater. I agree no one diet suits all and the wrong diet for your body can be horrific. I had to finally realize both animal products and gluten were the problem and not the solution. So happy you were open to consider changing to what you needed to do to heal. Love your videos! When I am respiratory, which thankfully does not happen much anymore, I take garlic pills and Vitamin C and zinc. You have that covered with your juice.

I can't wait to place my order in a couple weeks, or waiting for July 4th sale. I'm always AMAZED at what you accomplish when you're under the weather plus have 3 kiddos in tow. We eat purslane with pork cut into chunks, with a red enchilada type sauce, served with white rice. I love both of your channels! So informative in different ways, or relatable in some way. We have several cuke, zucchini, and squash plants. We ended up with 21 tomato plants! We will be making lots of salsa and pico de gallo. Great video young lady!

Everytime you mention about clorella.....i start singing the song from 101 dalmatians 😂😂😂 summer colds and stuff wipe me out...the heat just makes me feel so much worse. I’m gonna try your supplements and Amare but I have to wait until after my knee replacement. I was told no supplements of any kind for 8 weeks prior to surgery. Surgery is 7/8. I’m just gonna do it and pench pennies.
