​​​As a suggestion, it would be safer for the cats if you made the entrance hole smaller so that dogs can't get their heads or body in the house and to keep the weather out better; plus, animals with babies feel safer not being easily seen... I used burlap as a entrance cover and it worked very well. Also, by raising the entrance hole up higher from the floor will keep the kittens from falling out or stepping outside the safety of their home. I'm curious, are your using a weather sealant on the outside of the houses, esp., the roof and outside bottom foundation to make it waterproof... otherwise, that wood will absorb water causing leaking, dampness and mold to grow... these will cause respiratory illness in the cats, esp., the kittens. Much Respect for all your doing for these precious cats and their babies... it's heartwarming and beautiful to see your actions of nuturing, compassion and unconditional love... 🦋💜💜💜💜💜💜💜🦋
