Hi there. Shame about the 'epidemic' that broke out. Just a suggestion but a major cause might be shit! Literally! Three Nightsoil Collectors is low for a pop of 600. One per 100 pop is a good rule of thumb. If you check your houses I bet you will find big piles of crap in a lot of them. Also you are bumping along with two months supply of food, that is malnourishment levels, upping the food supply may help attract more people. HTH..

Thank for the tip. I will give it a shot typically I use one per 200 and reach apoth quicker and a hospital I found it typically doesn't pass that far. Just glad these latest few updates made it more forgiving.
