I wake up at 4am to study😿 But really it effects my studies positively and i am able to memorize things much quicker and faster although you should prioritize your sleep and if u don't feel like getting up at 4 then you shouldn't force your body to do all this🎀

I will say this: don’t force yourself to follow a 4AM or 5AM morning routine if you don’t have the energy. Take as much rest as you need. Personally I pressured myself a lot to be productive and wake-up early which wasn’t good at all for my body. It made me feel even more sleepier than before. If you need the rest, then take it, you don’t need to feel bad about yourself if you can’t wake up early and be productive as shown in the video. Just consider to get a good 8 hours of sleep.
