Name of the village is Khweng village in Ri Bhoi District……that place is not Shillong…..but ua like an hour away from Shillong though depending on traffic…..😊

There are so many things that are bad for our health, mostly things that we eat such as seed oils, processed foods and commercial sugar. People use them everyday, so much sickness in the community today and most of them don't use raja. We need to ask the question, why are they getting sick and what are they using that causes it? Tumtap is make with dry fish along with green chilli or red chilli and you can add Onion also and if you don't want to add also is fine. But tumtap it can be made in different type. Red Or Green We called tumtap because we made with a dry fish. Firs fry the fish and after that pour the chilli and onion and salt in it, and then you can grind that tumtap. You can ask from your friend aki who has a khasi wife. You will know more from his wife.❤❤🎉
