I suppose the idea is to make it easier to devour, almost like a fancy walking taco. That's why it's laid out horizontally. However, feel free to use any container you like, just like the girl in the video who used a salad mixing bowl to seal the deal. They're quite flexible, not limiting you to just a bag of chips.
