I've tried the pasta 3 times now Elle. I like it too with the fresh basil. I didn't know some people only cook it for 20mins. I bake it for 40 minutes, add a little onion and I add a tiny bit of the pasta water to make it more creamy. I haven't found the feta to be chunky after 40 mins of baking. I love your cooking videos ❤

Perhaps that’s the secret overall then, bake for longer because then you get much better sweetness from what is usually not the best tomatoes this time of year! 🍅 ♥️

You just pick them out easily after it comes out of the oven. I did a little red pepper flakes but would add more next time, or even better, a fresh 🌶
